Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on operational F&B role, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of events from set-up through to completion.

• Oversee the smooth running of conferences, weddings, parties and other functions
• Lead the operational delivery of events, ensuring excellent service throughout
• Coordinate with the wider F&B team to ensure every event runs smoothly
• Support and lead the team during busy events
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage and customer service
• Respond confidently to guest requirements and resolve any issues
• Help ensure the venue is fully prepared before each event

• Previous experience in an operational hospitality or F&B role
• Experience within a hotel environment is preferred

• Your own transport is essential due to the rural location
