Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor – £15.19 per hr.

This post is temp to perm. Temping for 6 to 8 weeks – then moving onto a permanent contract.

A large Regulatory Body based near Elephant & Castle is urgently seeking Customer Service applicants with excellent logistical and research skills to join their busy ‘Registrations’ department.

The salary for the Customer Service Officer is £27 650 or £15.19 per hr.

This is a Hybrid role. (However, the first 2 weeks are office based for training).

Experience of working in a verification department, legal environment or in a research role would be a bonus. Customer service/ helpdesk experience would also be beneficial. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal are required.

The Customer Service Officer job involves registering professionals keen to work in the UK. Checking their qualifications, where they have studied and ensuring other credentials are in place before they can operate in this country. Good research and investigatory skills are essential. Good attention to detail is very important.
