Position: Assistant Support Worker

Salary: £26,229 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About the Role
As an Assistant Support Worker, you will:
- Support daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
- Assist with medication and promote wellbeing
- Organise activities and community trips
- Encourage independence and support personal goals
- Build positive, trusting relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality support
What We Are Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Flexibility to undertake sleep-ins (minimum one per week)
- A reliable, caring and inclusive individual who is passionate about helping others achieve their potential and make a positive difference in their lives.
Shifts include:
- 3pm-11pm + sleep-in (11pm-8am) + 8am-4pm
- 8am - 4pm
- 9am - 5pm
- 1pm - 9pm
