ARC are recruiting on behalf of our client, looking for dust cart loaders to work with a well-established waste management company.

£12.71 per hour PAYE

We are seeking dust cart loaders to join our dynamic team in Norwich, Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast paced environment, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation.

As a dust cart loader, your responsibilities will include:

• Working as a loader you will be required to work as part of a team to load the lorry and empty dust carts. 
• Tuesday to Friday requirements needing cover with the occasional shift on weekend (overtime rates on weekend).
• Efficiency and Speed: Working diligently to meet daily targets and optimize operations.
• Safety First: Adhering to strict safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Full time permanent loader positions available for the right candidate.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven Experience: Prior experience or in a similar environment.
• Physical Fitness: The ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliability and Punctuality: A strong work ethic and a commitment to consistently meeting deadlines.
• Safety Awareness: A keen eye for safety and a willingness to follow procedures.
• Essential Equipment: Safety shoes and a high-visibility vest.
