About the role
Adult Social Worker - Independence and Advice Team
About the role:
Independence and Advice team is quick pace and provide that early intervention. You should have experience working in a front door team or early help, crisis hospital work. There will be a requirement to do crisis work in the community as and when required.
Front door screen all referrals to adult social care, so a good understanding of eligibility criteria under the Care Act and strong ethos of supporting our community to remain as independent as possible and using community assests to provide this level of care.
