We're recruiting a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join an established hospitality venue in Stirlingshire. Working as part of a professional kitchen brigade, you'll take ownership of your section, prepare and present high-quality dishes, support junior chefs, and play a key role in delivering consistently excellent service.

Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie
As our Chef de Partie, you will be the backbone of your assigned station, ensuring seamless operations. Your duties will include:
- Setting up, stocking, and organising your section ahead of each service
- Preparing and cooking menu items to consistently high standards
- Maintaining excellent quality, presentation, and consistency across every dish
- Supervising, supporting, and training Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and running efficiently
- Following all food safety, hygiene, and temperature control procedures
- Monitoring stock levels and communicate ordering requirements
- Supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Your personality, experience and qualifications
You will be a dedicated culinary professional with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or Junior Chef, ready to step up and lead a station. You will bring:
- Proven experience confidently running your own kitchen section
- Strong station knowledge across areas such as saucier, rotisseur, or patissier
- Ability to remain calm and perform consistently during busy, high-pressure services
- Level 2 or Level 3 Food Hygiene/Food Safety Certificate
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively alongside the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and front-of-house team
- Experience supervising, supporting, and training junior Commis Chefs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional approach
- Flexibility to work approximately 40–48 hours per week
