Residential Property Lawyer

Location: Salisbury
Experience: 2+ PQE considered
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £56,000+ DOE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

A leading and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join its growing Salisbury team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property lawyer looking to join a commercially focused and collaborative team with a strong existing client and referrer base, alongside genuine opportunities to contribute to the continued growth of the department.

The Role

You will manage a varied residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Managing files through to completion and post-completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers, developers and other professionals

You will also:

• Maintain strong client and referrer relationships
• Ensure matters are progressed efficiently and in line with firm procedures
• Maintain high standards of client care and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to the team's financial performance through effective file management and billing
• Support the continued development of the Salisbury team
• Play an active role in business development and relationship building

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• 2+ PQE considered, with 3+ PQE preferred
• Strong technical experience across residential conveyancing
• Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercially aware with an understanding of file management and profitability
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
• Ambitious and motivated to contribute to team growth
