OVERVIEW
Our client, a well-established and highly regarded construction contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Aftercare Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Experience working on education, healthcare, or commercial construction projects
A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage multiple issues across different sites
Relevant construction qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, or similar would be advantageous

Competitive salary
Competitive benefits package
Company car or car allowance
