Senior Designer

This fifteen-person creative studio in West Yorkshire has spent the last year producing work for a globally recognised brand, and that work is now bringing attention.

The studio is scaling to meet the attention: a new, much larger space, and a strengthened leadership bench most studios this size could never assemble. You’d be joining as a Senior Designer inside a team small enough that you own whole programmes yourself.

The Role
You’ll take major programmes for global brands from conceptual thinking through to production-ready delivery, and you’ll lead a team while you do it. The studio works across brand, film and motion, naming, copywriting, industrial design and more experimental territory, so the work is multidisciplinary. 

This is deliberately not a digital-first aesthetic; the thinking is painterly, exploratory, craft-led. Quality is the thing the founder is most protective of as volume grows – this hire exists to defend it. You’ll mentor junior designers and help shape where the studio’s creative direction goes next.

The Person
You’re a Senior Designer from a brand or creative studio, classically trained in graphic design and brand, ideally with a second discipline: motion, photography or 3D. 

You’ve led projects and small teams, and you can own a large programme end-to-end: conceptual through to finished, production-ready craft. Broad, varied brand portfolios matter more here than any single sector.
