A welcoming SEND school in Wallington is looking to recruit a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional learning needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
The Role

Support pupils with a variety of SEND needs throughout the school day.
Work alongside teachers to adapt learning and encourage participation.
Help pupils develop communication, confidence, and independence.
Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes.

About You

Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable.
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
Confident supporting pupils with a range of learning and communication needs.
Passionate about making a positive difference every day.
Willing to support with personal care if required and undertake MAPA training.
