Role

As a Project Manager in Milton Keynes, you'll oversee project delivery from inception to completion, coordinating design teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure schemes meet quality and budget requirements. You'll work under NEC and JCT contracts, providing expert risk management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Manage construction project delivery across commercial, residential and logistics schemes

Chair project meetings, driving collaborative solutions
Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015
Manage change control, cost reporting and risk
Support senior project leads in business development

To be successful in this Project Manager job in Milton Keynes, you will bring solid construction or consultancy experience with demonstrable project coordination skills.

Experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator in construction
Background in consultancy or main contracting delivery preferred
Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities
Understanding of construction contracts and quality assurance processes
Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline desirable
PRINCE2, APM or similar project management certification advantageous
Remuneration
