Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer Trafford Park, Manchester

Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour after 12 weeks 

Meridian Business Support is recruiting in Trafford Park for a Warehouse Operative / Picker Packer

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming stock, deliveries and warehouse consumables
• Ensuring all customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately for dispatch
• Coordinating the collection of orders with courier partners
• Packaging products to a consistently high standard to prevent damage during transit
• Monitoring stock levels of packaging materials and consumables
• Escalating low stock levels when critical volumes are reached
• Reporting and escalating warehouse system issues promptly
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, dispatch or logistics experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
