Bench Joiner

DC Personnel are looking for a Bench Joiner for the LE16 area of Leicestershire

Salary: £16 – £18 per hour DOE. Up to £38,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 till 4pm

About the Role:

We are seeking a Bench Joiner for a long-term role, producing high-quality, bespoke joinery for commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and assemble bespoke cabinetry, furniture and woodwork from technical drawings
• Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Measure, cut, shape, and fit timber and sheet materials with precision
• Carry out on-site installations where required (e.g. kitchens, wardrobes, shop fitting)
• Interpret work plans and technical drawings
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet high standards
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and liaise with supervisors or clients as needed
• Proficient in using woodworking tools and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Reliable, punctual and a team player
