Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role
DC Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Sign Fabricator / Letter Bender to join their established and growing signage manufacturing team in Leicester.

This is a hands-on production role manufacturing built-up letters, fabricated signage and illuminated sign components for commercial clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
Operate letter bending machinery to manufacture built-up letters.
Fabricate aluminium, stainless steel and acrylic letters.
Produce illuminated and non-illuminated signage components.
Read and interpret production drawings and artwork.
Assemble and finish fabricated signage products.
Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
Work with the production team to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

About You
The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience within the signage industry.
Experience operating letter bending machinery.
Strong fabrication and assembly skills.
Ability to work from technical drawings and artwork.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A reliable, proactive and positive approach.
Desirable Experience
Illuminated signage and LED installations.
CNC router experience.
Metal fabrication.
Welding.
General sign manufacturing/sign-making experience.
