We are seeking adaptable and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our Plymouth supply team. This is a perfect opportunity for those who want to make a real impact in specialist Primary and Secondary settings without the commitment of a long-term contract.

As a supply TA, you have total control over your diary. You will be called upon to support specialist schools in Plymouth when they need expert SEMH cover.

• No Planning, No Stress: Show up, support the pupils, and leave the paperwork behind at the end of the day.

• Variety: Work across a range of local Primary and Secondary specialist schools and Alternative Provisions.

• Impact: Provide vital stability for students who need a calm, consistent, and supportive adult during their school day.

• SEMH Expertise: You must be comfortable and experienced in managing challenging behaviours and supporting emotional regulation.

• Calm Under Pressure: Ability to use de-escalation techniques effectively in high-pressure moments.
