Insurance Business Analyst – Digital / AI Project

We are seeking an experienced Insurance AI Business Analyst to join an MNC Insurance client. This is a hybrid BA/PM role with a strong business analysis focus. You will own end-to-end requirements and analysis activities while also contributing to project management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities


Lead requirements gathering and discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders


Conduct process analysis and map current/future-state processes across different workstreams


Document clear, actionable requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria




Manage stakeholder engagement, expectations, and communication across Hong Kong and China teams


Produce project reporting, status updates, and risk/issue tracking


Coordinate cross-functional activities and dependencies between workstreams


Support UAT planning and execution in collaboration with the testing team


Contribute to both business analysis and light project management activities as needed



Requirements


Solid business analysis experience in insurance (preferably life or general insurance operations, policy administration, or customer service)


Experience working on process improvement, automation, or digital transformation programmes


Strong workshop facilitation, process mapping, and requirements documentation skills


Ability to operate comfortably in a hybrid BA/PM capacity


Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and IT


Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Cantonese or Mandarin advantageous given HK/China stakeholder base)
