Customer & Sales Support Executive

What you will be doing as a Sales Support Executive:
* Act as the customer's internal point of contact, making sure requirements are met and orders are handled efficiently
* Handle incoming orders-process them and acknowledge them promptly
* Support pricing by organising information through the estimating team
* Liaise with planning to align production and delivery dates
* Issue critical path dates and communicate any changes to customers clearly and quickly
* Manage new projects and repeat orders from start to finish, keeping progress on track
* Support External Sales and Account Managers with internal administration
* Work closely with the QA team to address customer issues and keep customers updated during investigations
* Issue stock and order reports to customers
