We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a range of local schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build their experience within education and make a positive difference to children and young people.

As a Teaching Assistant, you could be supporting pupils in the classroom, working alongside teachers and helping children to engage with their learning. Some roles may also involve supporting children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and providing additional one-to-one or small-group support.
The Role

• Supporting teachers with the day-to-day running of the classroom
• Helping pupils engage with lessons and activities
• Providing support to individual pupils or small groups
• Supporting children with SEND where required
• Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Working alongside teachers and other school staff
• Supporting pupils with their learning, confidence and development

Who We’re Looking ForExperience working within a school or education setting is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience who are passionate about working with children.
Full training is available, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start or develop a career in education.
You may have experience in areas such as childcare, youth work, support work, sports coaching or other roles involving children and young people.

Schools are ideally looking for candidates who can commit to full-time, long-term placements, providing consistency and stability for pupils. However, part-time opportunities may also be available for suitable candidates.
