Nanny/mother’s help required for a family with 3 & 6 year old children.
Baby due in Nov 2026.
DAYS & HOURS
Four days a week
12pm-6pm (total 24 hours).
Flexibility may be key.
They will be looking to increase the hours, when mum goes back to work.
From 4 days a week to 3 longer days a week.
DUTIES
The two children,  both attend a school or preschool setting from 9am-3pm Monday to Friday.
The role involves morning routines, waking the children up, breakfast, making lunch boxes and packing school bags. School drop off (village primary school at the end of the road, and preschool in the next village).
A car will be provided. School pick up and taking children to after school activities.
Mum will also do some school runs, so you will have sole charge of the baby.
Cooking children a nutritious and varied evening meal.
Playing with them. Doing light homework with the older child (i.e. reading school book).

During the day light housework to include emptying dishwasher, tidy kitchen and wipe surfaces down, strip beds and wash sheets once per week, household laundry and ironing. small essential food shops (such ax milk, bread), sorting children’s toys.
Mum will be on maternity leave for 6/7 months, from when the baby arrives.
Hours will stay the same, with care mainly focussed on the older children. When mother returns to work, projected for Summer 2027, sole charge of baby for 2-3 days per week with any other expected household duties that day to cease.
Must be a driver and a car is available at work.
Initially not sole charge.
*There are no family pets.
