Procurement and Supply Chain Manager £500-570 a day Inside IR35LondonHybrid 2/3 days office based My client is seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to support the delivery of a major infrastructure programme. Working across project, commercial and supply chain teams, you'll provide assurance, governance and strategic procurement support, ensuring best practice and value for money throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and supply chain assurance activities.
• Coordinate procurement pipelines and align with programme delivery plans.
• Monitor procurement schedules against construction milestones.
• Review sourcing strategies, tender documentation (PQQ, SQ, ITT) and evaluation reports.
• Support tender negotiations and subcontracting reviews.
• Forecast and track local and SME supply chain spend.
• Advise on supply chain risk allocation, compliance and procurement governance.
• Drive standardisation, continuous improvement and lessons learned across projects.

Requirements:

• Proven procurement and supply chain experience within infrastructure, construction or engineering.
• Strong understanding of tendering, subcontract management and procurement governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
