Property Litigation - 5-8PQE

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor (5-8 PQE) to join one of the UK's leading real estate disputes practices. The Role

As a senior member of the team, you will:

• Lead on complex landlord & tenant disputes, development and investment-related claims, and other strategic property litigation matters.
• Act as a trusted adviser to major clients, building strong long-term relationships.
• Mentor and support junior lawyers, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
• Play an active role in business development, thought leadership, and raising the profile of the practice.

About You

We are keen to hear from you if you are:

• A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 5-8 years' PQE in property litigation.
• Experienced in advising on a broad spectrum of real estate disputes (landlord & tenant, lease renewals, break clauses, dilapidations, service charge disputes, restrictive covenants, etc.).
• Commercially minded with excellent communication, advocacy, and client-handling skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and motivated to take on leadership responsibility.
