Commissioning Manager
Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a leading EPC company in North Wales. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in project commissioning who can lead and coordinate commissioning activities on complex projects. It’s a great opportunity to take ownership of a key phase of project delivery.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all commissioning activities on site
Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
Monitor progress and resolve technical issues during commissioning
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Provide technical guidance to commissioning team and subcontractors
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and handover schedules
Liaise with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations
Must-have Requirements
Proven experience in commissioning management within EPC projects
Strong understanding of commissioning processes, procedures, and safety standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
Nice-to-have Skills
Experience in commissioning within the energy or heavy engineering sector
Familiarity with industry software tools and documentation systems
Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and standards
