Commercial Property Lawyer

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside recognised specialists on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for an impressive and diverse client base.

The successful candidate will advise investors, developers, lenders, public sector bodies and corporate occupiers on a variety of complex and high-value transactions, gaining exposure to some of the most interesting commercial property work in the Scottish market.

The Role

You will be involved in a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including:

• Land acquisitions and disposals for developers, pension funds, commercial businesses and other major clients.
• Acting for both landlords and tenants on leasing transactions across the retail, industrial and office sectors.
• Agreements for lease, assignations, sub-letting arrangements and portfolio management work.
• Commercial investment acquisitions and disposals.
• Advising public sector clients on estate management strategies, acquisitions and disposals.
• Providing property support on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
• Property finance and secured lending transactions for banks and commercial borrowers.

Applicants must be at least 3 years post qualified and have commercial real estate experience.  Salary is dependant on experience and the firm offers an industry leading benefits package and hybrid working.
