Employment Lawyer

We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Scottish law firm as it looks to expand its successful employment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer to join one of the largest and most respected employment teams in Scotland. The team advises a broad range of clients across both the private and public sectors, delivering pragmatic, commercial advice on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

The firm is open to considering candidates at Senior Solicitor, Associate, or Senior Associate level, making this an ideal opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

You will advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters including:

• Employment Tribunal litigation
• Disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues
• Redundancy and restructuring projects
• TUPE and business transfer matters
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies
• Providing day-to-day employment law advice and support to clients
• Business development and client relationship management

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 Yrs PQE, a solid employment law background, excellent communication and client relationship skills.
