The Director of Sales will be a tech driven commercial leader responsible for accelerating local business to business growth and driving hyper local occupancy. Operating within a face paced corporate framework, the DOS spearheads proactive outbound sales, secures corporate accounts and builds lucrative partnerships with SME clients, travel agents and event planners.

This role blends ttaditional hospitality selling with digital agility, utilising the copany propiertary data analaytics tools to identify market trends, optimise room nights, and consistently outperform local  competitors. As a hands on strategist team leader, the DOS collaborates closely with central revenue management and property operations to ensure peak inventory utilisation and maximise total hotel revenue.

Salary dependant on experience.
