Health & Safety Advisor – FMCG

A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly successful Fresh Produce packer, working with an exciting portfolio of products that are destined for the UK retailers. We are currently seeking a passionate Health & Safety Advisor to drive a positive health and safety culture across a multi-sited operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, engaging and hands-on Health & Safety Advisor to become a positive member of the management team, taking responsibility for health & safety compliance across a large, fast-paced fresh produce packing facility. This Health & Safety Advisor position offers the engagement with all teams across the business, making a positive impact to the working environment for all.  Management of Safety Training, Risk & Compliance, Policies & Procedures, and the Safety Management System is key to the success of this position.

Requirements;
H&S experience within a Manufacturing / Warehouse / Packing environment
Personable, engaging and approachable manner at all levels
Experience of embedding a H&S culture

NEBOSH qualified

Strong IT skills

Driving licence is essential

Salary; up to £40k
Location: Kent
