An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join the expanding Employment team of a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established and supportive team, advising both claimant and respondent clients across a broad range of employment law matters. The Role
You will manage a varied employment caseload, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters while delivering practical, commercially focused legal solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a broad caseload of claimant and respondent employment matters.
- Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.
- Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
- Providing clear, commercially focused advice to both businesses and individuals.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional levels of service.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the highest standards of client care.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 5 years' PQE in employment law.
- Experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Strong advocacy and Employment Tribunal experience.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach with a genuine commitment to client service.
