Teaching Assistant

Location: Nechells

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for a rewarding SEND role within a specialist school. This Teaching Assistant opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting pupils with complex additional needs. The successful Teaching Assistant will play a key role in delivering outstanding support across the classroom.

Duties

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with ASD, MSI, SLD, PD, and PMLD.
• Help implement learning plans and interventions.
• Assist with personal care routines and mobility.
• Support communication and emotional wellbeing.
• Prepare classroom resources and materials.
• Track pupil engagement and progress.
