Teaching Assistant

Location: Chelmsley Wood

We are looking for a passionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a specialist provision. This Teaching Assistant role starts in September and offers long-term opportunities. The successful Teaching Assistant will help create engaging and accessible learning experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support individual learning plans.
• Adapt lessons and teaching resources.
• Assist with emotional regulation strategies.
• Support personal care where necessary.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Encourage positive participation in learning.

This Teaching Assistant role will suit someone dedicated to SEND support.
