• Helping pupils with reading, writing and maths.
• Supporting individuals and small groups.
• Encouraging confidence, independence and positive learning habits.
• Supporting classroom activities and interventions.
• Helping pupils who need a little extra encouragement.
• Getting involved in creative and practical learning.
• Working alongside teachers and school staff.
• Creating a positive environment where children feel supported.

We’re Looking For…

Someone who is:

• Positive, approachable and reliable.
• Comfortable working with children.
• Able to adapt quickly to different schools and situations.
• Passionate about helping pupils learn and grow.
• Experienced in education, childcare or youth work — desirable but not essential.
• A graduate, aspiring teacher or someone with volunteering/placement experience.
• An experienced TA looking for flexible work around other commitments.
