Hours: Average 36 hours per week on rotating shifts

Process Operator – Permanent Opportunity

The role involves operating production machinery and equipment to manufacture products to customer specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Achieving daily production targets and maintaining productivity standards
• Carrying out machine set-up checks before production commences
• Monitoring production processes and identifying any issues that could impact efficiency
• Reporting faults and maintenance concerns promptly
• Maintaining accurate production records and operational data
• Ensuring products meet quality requirements and operating procedures
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe at all times
• Following all company health and safety procedures and best working practices

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or production environment
• Strong awareness of health and safety requirements
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Reliable and proactive approach to work
• Team player with a flexible attitude
