You’ll assist with daily living activities and clinical support tasks, always working to promote dignity, independence, and comfort.

- Females
- Minimum 12 months complex care experience
Trained in the following:
- Tracheostomy
- Nebulisation
- Suctioning
- Cough Assist
- Oxygen Therapy
- Epilepsy

What you'll do
- Deliver high-quality complex care
- Uphold dignity and respect
- Assist with hygiene and personal care
- Support transfers and mobility
- Support nutrition and hydration
- Manage medication safely
- Take and record observations
- Conduct ECGs
- Assist with dressings
- Perform phlebotomy tasks
- Carry out Doppler checks
- Administer B12 injections if trained
- Provide emotional reassurance
- Maintain clean surroundings
- Monitor condition changes
- Work alongside nurses
- Keep clear care notes
- 6+ months UK Complex Care Healthcare Assistant (HCA) experience in a care home or nursing setting
- A calm, compassionate and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Confidence supporting residents with complex needs
- Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
- Experience in complex or high-dependency care settings preferred
- Tracheostomy care training
- Ventilation support training
- PEG feeding experience
