Ilford, UK KM Education Recruitment Ltd KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.   Job Title: Brickwork Trainer/Assessor Location: East London - Centre based, with travel required for learner workplace visits Salary: up to £56,000 (Salary depending on qualifications and experience & inclusive of location uplift) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Bonus opportunities, Pension + more Type: Full Time, Permanent  Essential Criteria: Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 NVQ in Brickwork, coupled with extensive bricklaying experience. Must have worked on new-build developments, with 1st and 2nd fix experience. Must have experience of delivering Brickwork Apprenticeships or ‘on the job’ mentoring. Willingness to undertake the teaching and assessing qualifications - funded by the client. Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively. Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Duties: Teach/assess learners working towards Brickwork Apprenticeships, across practical and theoretical competencies. Ensure training materials are up to date and in-line with organisational and regulatory standards. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs. Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
