About the role:

The successful applicant will be:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
• Support all pupils to reach their full potential, providing tailored support and challenge as needed
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of the school, embracing the Trust’s Vision of Achieving Excellence for Every Child, Every Day and upholding the School’s Values
• Ensure that children’s well-being is at the centre of all decision-making and classroom practice
