We’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to join a growing technology and telecommunications business, supporting SMEs across the UK with reliable, flexible broadband and telecoms solutions. Managing and growing relationships with existing customers Building relationships with business owners, directors and key decision-makers Conducting customer meetings, reviews and solution presentations Working with technical teams to develop tailored service proposals Identifying upselling, cross-selling and account growth opportunities Carrying out regular account reviews Managing your sales pipeline and customer accounts through CRM Promoting a range of technology, telecommunications and broadband services Contributing ideas to support business growth and customer retention What We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B Account Management or sales A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to close deals Confidence engaging with business owners and senior stakeholders Experience managing customer accounts, sales pipelines and CRM systems Full UK driving licence Experience working with SMEs Interested?
