What You'll Be Doing


As part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll provide essential administrative and data management support, helping ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support across multiple projects
  • Accurately inputting and maintaining information within databases and internal systems
  • Organising meetings, booking rooms, and coordinating attendees
  • Preparing and sending correspondence and documentation
  • Updating reports and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
  • Taking notes and actions from team meetings
  • Managing electronic and paper filing systems
  • Supporting document management, photocopying, scanning and mail-outs
  • Handling confidential information in line with data protection requirements

What We're Looking For


We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • Previous administration, office support, clerical or data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent levels of accuracy
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • A proactive, positive and flexible approach to work
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
