We are seeking caring, resilient, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. This rewarding role involves providing high-quality care and support within a residential home, helping young people feel safe, valued, and supported to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children and young people.
• Support daily routines, education, and personal development.
• Promote emotional wellbeing, independence, and positive behaviour.
• Participate in social, recreational, and community activities.
• Act as a Key Worker and contribute to care planning and record keeping.
• Work closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
• Transport young people to school, appointments, and activities when required.

Requirements

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, caring, and resilient approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Flexibility to work days and waking nights.

Desirable

• Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce (or willingness to achieve).
• Previous residential childcare or care experience.
