🚀 Recruitment Consultant – Are you driven by success?Our award-winning Pertemps Sheffield office is looking for a driven, ambitious and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our established team.

You don't need recruitment experience to apply. However, we're looking for someone who either has previous sales experience or is genuinely interested in developing their sales and business development skills.

Recruitment is a people-focused, target-driven role, so you'll need to be confident picking up the phone, building relationships, winning new business and working hard to achieve your goals.

What you'll be doing

• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  
  
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  
  
• Making outbound calls and winning new clients.
  
  
• Matching great candidates with great businesses.
  
  
• Managing your own desk and developing your market.
  
  
• Working towards individual and team targets.
  
  
• Providing an excellent service to both candidates and clients.
  
  
• Building your knowledge of the local Sheffield recruitment market.

Previous recruitment or sales experience is a bonus, but not essential. If you have the right attitude and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
