PA to Headteacher

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Personal Assistant to support the Headteacher in a secondary school we work with in the Small Heath area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Headteacher’s schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

This is a temporary full time role to start in October 2026.
