Production Operative

Position: Manufacturing/Production Operative
Type: Full-time, Temporary (6 months with strong likelihood for extension)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate:

• £13.41 per hour rising to £13.74 per hour after 12 weeks on Day shift

Our client are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing/Production Operatives to join our expanding team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing a variety of products and sub-assemblies. Your role will require manual dexterity and a high level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test various products and sub-assemblies.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate records of production.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is essential.
• Background in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
