Work safely at all times, complying with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and relevant regulations.Interpret and work to engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.Select and inspect the appropriate tools and equipment required for drilling and stud welding operations, ensuring they are safe and fit for purpose.Verify completed work meets the required quality standards and specifications.Manufacturing Operations Duties
The successful candidate will be competent in:Drilling to depthDrilling clear holesFlat-bottom drillingCountersinkingReamingTappingCounter boring and back knifingFacingStud weldingEssential QualificationsCompleted and approved apprenticeship in a relevant engineering or manufacturing trade.NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant engineering discipline.Pay Rates (PAYE) LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY WITHIN 39 MILES FROM SITEStandard Days: £20.10 per hour3 on / 4 off Days: £24.12 per hour Umbrella rates are also available.
