Roofer / Roofing Trainer – Bristol Area Up to £37,500 | Monday–Friday | Fully Funded Training & Qualifications

I’m working with a training provider in the Bristol area who are looking to appoint a Roofing Trainer to deliver apprenticeship training.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced roofer who’s ready to step off the tools and move into training – no prior teaching experience is required, as all training and qualifications are fully funded.

The role

• Delivering apprenticeship training in Slating & Tiling (Level 1) and Flat Roofing (Level 3)
• Supporting apprentices through practical and classroom-based learning
• Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback
• Using provided resources to plan and deliver engaging training sessions
• Working closely with employers to support apprentice development

What they’re looking for

• Strong industry background in roofing (slating/tiling and/or flat roofing)
• A genuine interest in training and developing others
• Good communication skills and a professional approach
• Willingness to complete funded teaching and assessing qualifications
