This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who loves fresh, seasonal cooking, enjoys working with local producers, and wants real autonomy within a supportive independent group. The Opportunity You’ll take full ownership of a busy, well‑established kitchen serving a stylish, seasonal menu. You’ll lead a team of 4/5, maintain high standards, and help shape the food offering with creativity and consistency.
