Sous Chef Job Role This is a hands-on role, with the support of the Head Chef. Initial focus will be on team development and bring new ideas to the menus of this well established contemporary restaurant. Successful candidates will have previous Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef or experience in quality fresh food kitchens. Along with good communication, kitchen supervisory and team leadership skills.
