Hotel Chef Job RoleThe Chef will have full responsibility of the hotel kitchen operation for the evening service. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead a small team. You will ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards and profitability.Ideal candidates will have sous or head chef experience in a fresh food, small hotel, restaurant or dining pub. Salary and BenefitsStarting basic salary is from £40,000 p.a. to £43,000 p.a. doe.
