About the role

A luxury and innovative multi-faceted hotel and leisure venue is looking to recruit a talented Duty Manager In this versatile role as part of the Front Office Team, you will support across all departments including extensive Food & Beverage outlets as part of this progressive Duty Management role. Duties & Responsibilities: Overseeing hotel operations across all departments during your shift. Acting as the main point of contact for guest queries and feedback. Supporting Front of House when required. Ensuring the highest levels of guest service and operational standards at all times Welcoming VIPs, groups and returning guests. Handling complaints and resolving issues confidently. Coordinating guest requests and special occasions. Reviewing feedback and identifying ways to improve the guest experience. Acting as an ambassador for the hotel at all times. Ensuring clear communication of handovers Making valuable contributions to improvements at all times Candidate Requirements Experience in a management role is key for this opportunity, ideally within hospitality although other relevant sectors will be considered.   Other skills and attributes will ideally include: Strong organisation and attention to detail A proactive, hands-on approach Confident guest communication across different situations. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends A guest-focused mindset and ability to use your initiative A team player that can multitask within the role.
