With a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help grow our business and make the most of our unique venue. The Role:As a Sales Manager, you will work proactively to develop local accounts, increase restaurant sales, and grow private dining and events business. You will play a key role in driving revenue and building lasting relationships with clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, business development-focused professional looking to progress in hospitality sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organisations, and event planners. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for restaurant bookings, private dining, and events. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of events and dining experiences. Maintain accurate records of sales activity and contribute to achieving revenue targets. Represent the hotel at networking events and promotional activities in the local area. The Candidate: Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within hospitality or events. Experience in hotel, venue, or wedding/event sales is highly desirable. Proactive, target-driven, and confident in building new relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
