Assistant Manager – Visitor Attraction

A leading tourist attraction in Bristol is looking to appoint an Assistant Café Manager to lead the success of the operation. Rewards & Benefits - Competitive salary of up to £31,000 - 40 per week contract - Predominately daytimes - Company benefits - Great long term career opportunities The Role Working for a popular visitor attraction we as recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join the onsite café supporting the contract General Manager to deliver great service and financial performance. As Assistant Manager you will be responsible for leading a front of house team ensuring standards are delivered and customers are happy as well as overseeing the kitchen team who produce items both for the café and other sites within the group. With high footfall, particularly on weekends, the assistant manager will need to proactively manage rotas, back of house ordering working with the kitchen team, staff training and health & safety. The Candidate To be considered for this role we are looking at a passionate hospitality operator who has a supervisory background in any sector of the industry. Candidates should have good attention to detail, a background in high volume service and be looking to join a company where they can add to the longer term developing of the contract.
