With a large outdoor seating area, our venue experiences exceptional footfall, particularly during the bustling summer months, Christmas markets and rugby weekends. We offer quality, freshly prepared food, a great drinks selection, and a handful of beautiful bedrooms and private dining / event space.  The Role: As General Manager, you’ll be at the helm of this thriving business, leading a passionate team and driving success. While we operate within a group structure, you’ll have the freedom to shape the pub’s direction, implement creative initiatives, and make a real impact beyond brand templates. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume, premium city centre site A natural leader who can inspire, develop, and retain a top-performing team Commercial acumen – confident with P&L management, forecasting, and driving revenue A passion for exceptional hospitality, food, and drink Creativity to bring fresh ideas to the table, enhancing the guest experience If you’re a strategic operator with a hands-on approach and the drive to take this already thriving pub to the next level, we’d love to hear from you.
