HR and People Advisor

Human Resources and People Advisor required for a leading Hotel and Resort near Plymouth. Reward and Benefits: Salary up to £30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits including: ·Discounted or free food ·Employee discount ·Flexible schedule ·Gym membership ·On-site parking Duties and Responsibilities: Key to this role is to deliver the resort’s human resource requirements and analysing key data/ metrics in each area to play a key part in the resort’s overall performance Duties will include but not be limited to: Payroll management. Recruitment including job advertising, interviewing, onboarding and inductions. Generalist HR duties including appraisals and performance reviews. Specialist Projects - someone who is passionate about developing people culture across the resort Candidate Requirements: This is a 5 day per week on-site role Ideally this is a role that would suit someone who is self-motivated, ability to work on own. A real people person who can communicate with team members on all levels.  Positive and determined attitude.  Ability to coach and motivate others and work well in a team.  Excellent administration, strong organisational and planning skills HR experience in a hospitality, leisure or tourism environment would be advantageous but not essential Basic knowledge of employment legislation.  CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified, preferred although opportunity to study will be considered.
